- IF HOME DELIVERY
If you are absent during the passage of the delivery person, he will leave a delivery notice indicating the procedure to follow and the address of the collection point. You can then retrieve it within 14 days, provided with your identity document.
?? The customer is responsible for tracking their package. Make sure you pick up the package from the post office within the given time.
To do this, check your emails without forgetting your SPAMS. Also remember to consult the online shipping tracking, using the tracking number (which we send by email immediately after ordering).

- IF DELIVERY VIA MONDIAL RELAY®
In this case, you can find the tracking number and thus the relay point selected in the e-mail of dispatch of your order or in your customer account, section "My orders".
In principle, Mondial Relay sends an e-mail and / or an SMS to notify the arrival of the package at the relay point. However, many customers have informed us that this e-mail was redirected to SPAM or that they did not receive it.

The package will be kept for 8 days in the chosen Point Relais®? then it will go back to our warehouses.
We are not responsible for the e-mails sent by Mondial Relay and the computer malfunctions they may encounter.
